The worst haircut I've ever had. The stylist cut my hair so short that all I can do is wait for it to grow back for someone to clean up her incompetent work. You are now compelled to give up your personal contact information. I'll never go back.

This place deserves 0 stars. Now they raised prices and customers have to check in and out. And the stylist don't know how to cut hair. How do you not know how to fade a 2 down to a 0? It took this girl over an hour to try and fade the back of my head and she screwed it up so bad it couldn't be fixed. Hope this place is shut down and these "stylists" are never allowed to touch another persons head. This place causes public humiliation with their "haircuts".

I have been coming to the Alabaster store for a number of years now. I showed up yesterday to find new check in/out computer pads. Ok fine. Amber did a fine job and got it right the first time! (usually I have to ask to take more off) So no complaints there. Upon checkout I discover you have raised your prices yet again! $20.00 is getting a bit much for a standard cut in my opinion. Also I was getting the senior discount until you changed your policy and raised the age and did not grandfather me in. So in about two years my price for a standard cut has gone from $14 to $20. that's a 40% increase. In regards to your new computer system, I would suggest you change your default tip amount to be based on percentage rather than set price. Your defaults are $5, 10, and 15. Well $5 is a 25% tip for a standard cut. 25% would be ok if I got exceptional service. But this location seems to have a hard time keeping stylists so it's anybody's guess who will be there. There are one or two stylists who are good and have hung around for a while. Amber is one of them(that's why you get a third star). I don't mind paying extra for quality products and service but this location has a problem keeping good stylists and are asking (in my opinion) a premium amount for hit or miss service and not to mention long wait times. I have driven by many times and kept going because of the number of people already waiting. What would be nice is if I could go online and see who is working for the time I can be there and maybe make a reservation for a specific stylist. Maybe you can develop an app for that?
